The Bump Stop itself [ 23.83416  ] bolts THROUGH the spacer. If the spacer has not fallen apart (due to corrosion), there will definitely be little chance of the old bump stop bolts being able to be removed from the old spacer.  Often therefore both Spacer and Bump Stop have to be replaced.
